Hey everyone.

Now, when Beijing Olympic Games are running with it’s immensity and we see a lot of devoted sportsman’s there, I supppose it could be a good time to speak about smoking – one of the biggest enemy of ourselves.

We look at these healthy, good looking sportsman’s standing on the podium and claiming their deserved medals. We think that they are different people. Deep inside our soul we envy  them their good fortune, body, and health. Okay, now we can reach, what they did, just in our own way (read whole article and you will understand what I am talking about). We can look as good as they do, and even better. Just believe me – these people do not smoke. And, probably, never did it seriuosly.

I seperate smokers in two types:

  • Image smokers
  • Habit smokers

Why do people smoke to have a cool image? For fashion? To be tougher? Okay, then cigarettes are just what they need. What could be better than standing in a ‘tough’ position near a supermaket entrance and spreading smoke and toxic to all over the people? I am not going to talk about girls who smoke, because it is one of the worst thing for a girl. I promised myself to never have such a girl. Sorry to everyone I could offend with this… Back to topic. I noticed, that this type of smokers usually are weak people, who are unsuccesful with their life. By doing this, they try to compensate their failures and prove themselves that they are tough. This is allready a psychological problem and it is needed to eliminate as fast as possible.

Dear smoker for an image, do you know that smoking is also the best way… To stink? To have ugly yellowish teeth? To have wheezy voice? Think about it! Most of non-smoking people will agree that it is pretty hard to communicate with people like that. To me, smoking is letting your biggest riches( I mean health) get gone. Try to take your TV and throw it through the window. Thats something similiar.

I can kinda understand habit smokers, who know what they do and try to eliminate this evil, but just are too soft to do this. They are different from image smokers, and are usually sad when smoking. Thats why many habit smokers are not feeling okay. It is very  harmful to your life and psychology, when you know, that what you are doing is very bad, but you keep doing that. It is medically proved. I just can advice, that if you could start, you can end it! Just believe. Go to special seminars, read more about damage of smoking, do everything you can. And success will come. Just remmember that there are many healthier ways for self-satisfaction.

To stop smoking is a hard task. But people who make it, start to believe in themselves, and they are getting happier deep inside their soul. They beat themselves, they reach it, like these sportsman’s we discussed before. So stop doing it.

You did that? Congratulations! Thats your podium, thats your well deserved gold medal!

Do something!

Yes, You understand me well. Who can be truly happy by just sittng alone in front of his PC? Impossible!

You ask how can I know that? Dude, thats my own cruel experience. 10 Years ago I used to  be a weak boy, who finds his so needed silence alone in his room with best friend – personal computer. When my parents tried to get me out from my room, i thought like: C’mon, why is this all for… I have no friends, where can I go, i cant do anything well, I am needed to noone…”

Once then, I opened my photo album. I was shocked, how I really looked. White, skinny, tall and looking really sad, out of my face, out of myself. No surprise I was feeling that way. And hat what I have seen was more than enough. I started to exercise regulary, signed myself in basketball trainings, found friends, started outgoing a lot. This changed me completely, and my body, and my soul. I feel way better now, I am happy, pretty much good looking guy.

Even if you dont have such problems like i had a long time ago, you should not stick to your home. What I am trying to say, that you must have activities, which are lovely to you, to your heart. Exercise, have an interest, do everything you like, be active. These things improves your body, your psycholgical condition, makes you feel  better, refreshes your brain. You are expressing yourself in this world, and this is always good. Feeling a valuable person has never made any damage.

So go grab a phone, call your friend and go somewhere, do something. No friends? Not a problem, sign yourself to any sports activities you like and you will see, everything is changing. Do not be afraid of people.

Another problem, Adults tend to stick to their daily routine, and this causes them to totally miss the taste of real life. Get out of home from time to time, entertain! This will get your  energy back and you will be able to work again with a spark.

It is so easy to stay OK, just dont forget your soul, spoil yourself sometimes, do heart-lovely things and think in a positive way.

I am thinking about this from time to time, and I believe it is a deep topic to speak about.

Every single human in this world is supposed to live and explore goodies of life. But it is not as easy as it may sound, because we make some (or many, this is up to you) mistakes.  Just then we realise, that life sometimes is cruel. There are moments when our destiny doesnt help us at all. And this is what seperates people’s abilities. One will accept this challange and go through, another will just give up. I must say, second option is a lot more dangerous and… harder to overcome. The true is – living (instead of just existing) is more fun. Why? Human, who truly lives his life, is happier.

9-10 Years ago I used to be a soft guy, who needs ideal conditions to live happily. Every single, even so little failure made me to think that I am a looser and it will never change. Yes, it sounds lame, but believe me, there are many people in the world like I used to be. And maybe you are. By writing this post, I want to overview, why we should be ready for everything.

Now I am changed. I made myself to switch from being a pesimist to an optimist. Tell you, everything in my life changed so drastically! And in a positive way. Days are brighter no matter what the weather is, every failure makes you to imrpove. We learn from our mistakes! Accept them as a challange, think where you could improve and SMILE. I strongly believe that this is a main way to have a valuable life. You should think postive about every single thing happening to you. Live your life, do not just exist and be in your daily, boring and grey routine. Improve your self psychologically and physically. How? My further posts will try to answer this question.

A starting word.

Hi everyone,

Okay, it is a huge day for me. Today I’m starting my first blog ever. Strange, it is happening on 08/08/2008, a day when Bejing Olympic Games are started. Actually, I dont know what to expect from it, but i hope it symbolizes, that my thoughts and work will not fail and reach some of you, dear readers. I will do my best, and i hope you all are going to appreciate this. I’m new to blogging, so any advice or tip would be strongly respected here.
